We ship to EU member states from our fulfilment centre. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. For delivery to the UK, please visit our sister company www.thefinesource.com.

Delivery Options

International Shipping

We currently ship to the following countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, and Italy. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 28 days of delivery.

Conditions

• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
• Gift cards are non-refundable

How to Return

2. We’ll send you a returns label and instructions
3. Pack items securely in their original packaging
4. Drop off at your nearest collection point
5. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
