Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Cancel

As a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Perishable goods or goods that deteriorate rapidly (e.g. fresh caviar)
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery (e.g. opened food products)
• Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
