How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days within the EU. Free delivery on orders over €100.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €100. For orders under €100, standard shipping is €7.95.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and link to follow your delivery’s progress.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to EU member states from our fulfilment centre. For delivery to the UK, please visit our sister company www.thefinesource.com.

Are your products organic?

How should I store the products?

Storage instructions are provided on each product’s packaging. Generally, keep olive oils in a cool, dark place, and follow best-before dates for optimal quality.

What if a product is out of stock?

You can sign up for notifications on any product page to be alerted when it’s back in stock. Many of our products are seasonal, so availability varies.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery for unopened products in their original condition. Perishable items cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I return an item?

Contact us at returns@thefinesource.com with your order number. We’ll send you a returns label and instructions. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
