Shipping Information

We ship to EU member states from our fulfilment centre. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. For delivery to the UK, please visit our sister company www.thefinesource.com.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (5-10 working days): Free on orders over €100 / €7.95
• Express Delivery (2-5 working days): €14.95

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination country. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

As we ship from within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for EU deliveries.

Returns

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return products under EU consumer protection law. Additionally, we offer a voluntary 28-day returns window for non-perishable products.

• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Perishable goods (including caviar) cannot be returned unless defective
• Gift cards are non-refundable

How to Return

1. Contact us at returns@thefinesource.com with your order number
2. We will provide a returns address and instructions
3. Pack items securely in their original packaging
4. Ship the return (return shipping costs are borne by the customer)
5. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
